Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how to send back goods, cancel services, and obtain refunds or replacements when shopping with Lyxtherohriz. It works alongside statutory consumer rights in the European Union and Finland, which prevail where they cannot be limited.

Who this policy covers

The policy applies to consumers and businesses purchasing from lyxtherohriz.world unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise. Business buyers may have different cooling-off rights; we will confirm that in writing before payment.

Right of withdrawal for distance sales

For goods bought online without face-to-face contract conclusion, you generally have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is satisfied if you send your communication before that period expires. Exceptions apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons, and to custom-made items produced to your specifications.

Condition of returned goods

Items must be returned with original packaging, inserts, and accessories where reasonable. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. We may deduct an amount from your refund if surfaces show wear, labels are removed, or components are missing.

Photograph the parcel before shipping and retain tracking proof. If the carrier loses the return, tracking helps us open a carrier claim.

Services and consultations

For scheduled studio sessions or remote consultations, you may cancel without charge up to forty-eight hours before the start time. Late cancellations may incur a fee reflecting reserved staff time. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or alternative date at your option. Services already fully performed are not eligible for withdrawal unless defective.

Faulty or mis-described items

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us promptly with photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with statutory remedies. Do not dispose of packaging until we confirm whether the carrier needs to inspect it.

Refund timing and method

After we receive and inspect a return, we confirm the outcome within five business days. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we propose a reasonable alternative. Banks may take additional days to post credits.

Shipping costs

Unless you exercise withdrawal or we shipped the wrong item, outbound delivery charges are usually non-refundable. Unless the item is faulty or mis-described, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we offer a prepaid label for promotional reasons.

How to initiate a return

  1. Email assist@lyxtherohriz.world with your order number and reason.
  2. We send instructions, return authorisation if required, and the return address in Tampere or a logistics partner.
  3. Pack securely, attach any label we provide, and ship with tracking.

Disputes and data

We prefer to resolve issues directly. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or consumer mediation where available. Return records are processed under our Privacy Policy and retained as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling.
